Unique residence, where through his cooking philosophy, the chef expresses not only his professional path but his moments of life, in a continuous journey of discovery that from the tradition of southern Italy, the cornerstone of his beloved Naples, leads him to the shores of Lake Orta in Piedmont, where he now lives with his family formed together with his wife Cinzia.
